Merlin was my familiar and my baby, he followed me everywhere.. he cuddled me when i was sick or in pain... He died last night of renal failure, he was having seizures and all I could do was lay next to him and hold him, and pat him and cuddle him and talk to him, he kept turning and looking at me,,im broken.. my back and now iv lost my baby...

I watched most of the video during lunch and am SO HAPPY to get the terrain tool!  Can't wait to save my game and update and try it out.
I do hope Sims4Studio and/or TSRWorkshop will soon have cloneable stairs.
The video also said garages and cars are in the works, too.
