Christobal asked over in the request section if someone could convert this great set from MarcusSims91 and I thought it looked like fun so I took it on. I learned how to do a couple new things and polished up on some other skills and in the end, we have a set with add-ons that all look good in game and work the way they should. A couple few of the objects have a high poly so you'll want to only have one or two on the lot at a time. I tested the low-res versions of them and those ones did not look as good so I stuck with the high poly versions.
Here's a poly run-down:

The set came with a solid top version of the Coral Office desk shown above. I also made an empty floor bin deco object and a working trash bin. Your sims will toss their trash into it (the bin still looks empty after they do) and empty it when it's full. I made an empty wall grid, also.

The chalkboard comes with the recolors from the original Sims 3 set and several from the Coral Office set by MarcusSims91, too.

The wall grids come in 9 Lack colors by Amethystfenix and a bronze filter forge one I use frequently.

I believe everything should be base-game compatible. I believe everything is made from a base object cloned from base game items.
Christin brougt to my attention that the leaves on the desk plant were showing the white around them and I have fixed that little problem. Just a quick alpha change --- (http://i.imgur.com/poKFc1m.jpg)
If you downloaded the set yesterday or today before 8:45 pm CST, HERE (http://simfileshare.net/download/49167/)'s a fixed file, just let it override the one you have already.

Quick Edit:
I forgot to say that both desks will place with the chair centered in front of them. You can put an object on the left side of the desk and your pc will place in the center. You'll need an omsp to place things on the right side of the top. I do not know where homework will be placed when you have children or teens, I don't have any school age children in my game so I couldn't test that feature. I didn't change the parameters of the homework slot so let's hope there won't be any problems with it.
